- Write and revise analytical method, protocol, report and other technical documents.
- Perform testing according to relevant SOP, test methods and cGMP requirements.
- Promptly and properly document tests and results per GDP
- Support deviation, laboratory investigation.
- Proactively search for opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and achieve technical excellence

任职能力：
- Excellent oral and communication skills (German, English is a plus)
- Good computer operation skill (intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Knowledge and expertise in at least one of the following fields:
- Microbiology related testing such as bioburden and endotoxin testing.
- Water sampling and testing including but not limited to TOC, conductivity and etc.
- EM sampling and testing techniques including monitoring for viable and non-viable particles
- Critical thinking, scientific reasoning and problem solving skills
