major responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated senior project leader to join the Biologics Discovery at WuXi Biologics in Shanghai, China. The PL will support the project team by designing, driving, leading projecting by depth understanding of biology of the targets and assay development.
qualifications requirements:
Education:
• Ph.D. in life sciences or related field with a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in drug discovery
• Knowledge in biologics antibody discovery is highly preferred.
• Experience in leading projects is highly preferred.
• Experience in assay development is preferred
• Experience in leading teams is preferred.
• Ability to understand, interpret and present scientific data
• S/he should be a strong team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
