工作职责：

Write and revise analytical method, protocol, report and other technical documents
Perform testing according to relevant SOP, test methods and cGMP requirements
Promptly and properly document tests and results per GDP
Perform job specific tasks in compliance with applicable Regulations, International Standards, and WuXi Biologics Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
Support deviation, laboratory investigation
Proactively search for opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and achieve technical excellence

任职能力：

Excellent oral and communication skills (German, English is a plus)
Knowledge and expertise in at least one of the following fields
- Microbiology related testing such as sterility, bioburden and endotoxin testing, as well as the growth promotion test for culture media and micro-organism handling
- Water sampling and testing including but not limited to TOC, conductivity and etc. is a plus
- EM sampling and testing techniques including monitoring for viable and non-viable particles is a plus
Be familiar with requirements of FDA, EMA regulations; ICH and GMP guidelines
Critical thinking, scientific reasoning and problem solving skills
Good computer operation skill (intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
