工作职责：

Set up and optimize EHS management system, implement EHS procedure and action
Develop and enforce organization environment, safety and health programs in compliance with all related regulations for site
Develop EHS related SOPs based upon corporate EHS management system , take in charge of delivering EHS goal and planning to e ach related department and site
Identify po tential final drug product operation risks and facilitate the process to eliminate or minimize the impact on the final drug product operation and employees
Responsible for the access control management
Implement emergency system management and coordinate affairs communicate with external EHS supervising agencies
Support EHS audit from client, follow up corrective and preventive action plan completion
Familiar with final drug product manufacturing related EHS requirements and knowledge
Familiar with E HS management system such as ISO14001, ISO45001, experience in EU OSHA or local EHS regulation etc
Conduct EHS incident investigation and follow up CAPA
Responsible for external EHS agencies¡¦ inspection and make sure the corrective actions are fully implemented
Responsible for coordination and communication with other functional departments, and make sure the communication channel is smooth
Perform other responsibilities assigned by the management, e.g. EHS training etc

任职能力：

Bachelor degree and above
5 years multi national pharmaceutical company EHS working experience and 2 years EHS management experience at least , better have final drug product manufacturing site working experience
Good abilities for planning and execution , analysis and decision making, be able to properly deal with emergency events
Good communication and coordination skill
Must work both independently & as a team member
