- Provide scientific insights to future pipeline design by closely following the update of global CAR-T company;
- Contribute to CAR-T platform (solid tumor CAR-T design, universal CAR-T construction, structure optimization etc) development.
- Lead a team of scientists to develop construction and functional assays for the new platforms.
- Contribute to build new capabilities within the group, by building up team and by technology development for the new platforms.
- Daily management of a CAR-T team, including people management of junior research stuff.
- Optimize the workflow and involve the daily management of the department.

- Ph.D. in Immunology, virology, cell biology or related field with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry or in an academic setting.
- Outstanding candidates with a Master/Bachelor degree with a minimum of 9 years’ industry experience will also be considered.
- Strong scientific background in immunology, virology and/or cell biology.
- Demonstrated experience in CAR-T research and development in an academic or industrial research setting.
- Have experience in genetic engineering of cell lines and/or primary cells: molecular biology skills (e.g., plasmid manipulation and transfection, clonal selection) and gene editing technologies (e.g., si/shRNA and CRISPR/Cas9 via transfection or retroviral delivery).
- Familiar with in vivo animal study to evaluate drug potency and safety.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring and training junior scientists.
