1. Responsible for various businesses of the department, undertaking cell bank and UPP and EOPC testing, including the coordination, arrangement and implementation of different tests;
2. Responsible for team building and organizational development of the department, including structure building and optimization, staff training, etc.;
3. Optimize the department business operation system according to corporate strategic objectives;
4. Responsible for arranging department business and assisting in completing the annual business and financial goals of Suzhou Testing;
5. Participate in all client-related emergency affairs, and be responsible for organizing and solving technical problems;
6. Responsible for the development and application of biosafety testing and new fields related technologies;
7. Responsible for the follow-up of the latest technology and regulations of biosafety testing;
8. Responsible for the safe operation of laboratory;

1. A bachelor’s degree or above in Biopharmaceuticals, virology or molecular biology and other related majors；
2. A minimum of 25 years of work experience for undergraduate graduation, no less than 20 years of work experience for master’s degree, and no less than 12 years of work experience for doctoral degree is required;
3. Be engaged in biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, biosafety testing industry for around 20 years and have proficient in related area, should have more than 15 years of virus and microbial related production, testing or experimental experience；
4. Be familiar with GMP, GLP, ISO17025 and other systems, and have at least 10 years of practical experience；
5. Having rich experience in the registration process of biological drugs including IND and BLA application requirements.
6. Possessing outstanding project management and coordination capability, marvelous strategic thinking and good innovation ability.
