Plant Engineer (Building/ Utilities/ HVAC)

工作职责：

Commissioning / operation of the building services DP 7 Utilities / HVAC / building services equipment
Planning and implementation of the required maintenance activities as well as shutdown planning for production operations
Securing the legal requirements for the operation of the building and the production facilities in coordination with the Plant Manager and the Head of Engineering
Management and implementation of necessary inspections of plants requiring monitoring together with the selected approved monitoring body
Process-engineering and mechanical operational support for existing TGA systems
Support in the re-qualification of new building services installations
Determination of the necessary measures for compliance with the legal requirements with regard to GMP and HSE in coordination with the plant management, organisation and monitoring of their implementation
Determination and assessment of maintenance measures to ensure a high technical availability of the technical facilities
Carrying out weak point analyses, safety assessments and process safety analyses
Independent implementation of investment projects

任职能力：

Prefer a bachelor’s degree in in process engineering, building services engineering or mechanical engineering
Profound knowledge in the area of technical building systems
Professional experience in pharmaceutical production desirable
Knowledge of occupational and plant safety and GMP
Self-initiative, independent and goal-oriented way of working
Quality and cost awareness
Flexibility, critical judgement, ability to work under pressure and reliability
Good cooperation and communication skills, ability to work in a team
