- According to customer needs, quickly and accurately provide customers with production plans until the project is implemented; from the perspective of the main plan, strive for more batches and revenue for production, and identify project risks in time.
- Ensure and monitor the revenue status of the project to help to achieve the annual revenue target.
- Provide the management with timely and accurate master production data and related analysis.
- Coordinate production and finance, analyze the cost composition and cost data of production batches of each plant, provide cost basis for management quotation, provide data support for cost optimization projects, and put forward suggestions for improving efficiency.
- Organize and coordinate production department operation meetings, and prepare production department operation meetings and other management meeting documents preparation.
- Track the Maintains CAPAX of the production department, and make timely adjustments and feedback.
- Other operations support work, coordinate the production team scorecard to formulate and track progress, organize award competition projects, and assist production workshops to increase production capacity. Factory inspection work before important visitors.
- Responsible for the work training of the team members.
