任职能力：
- Ph.D. in life sciences or related field with a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in drug discovery
- Knowledge in biologics antibody discovery is highly preferred.
- Experience in leading projects is highly preferred.
- Experience in assay development is preferred
- Experience in leading teams is preferred.
- Required:
- Ability to understand, interpret and present scientific data
- S/he should be a strong team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
